Product Description
Notty® contains Sedax™, a blend of valerian, escolzia (California poppy), hawthorn, passionflower, and lemon balm extracts, combined with melatonin and vitamin B6. The formula supports physiological rest, relaxation, and the regular sleep-wake rhythm.
How To Use
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime or as needed.
