How To Use
Use the micellar water first to remove daily impurities and makeup from the face, eyes, and lips. soak a cotton pad and gently wipe over skin; pressing a soaked pad on closed eyes for a few seconds helps with eye makeup removal. rinsing is optional. follow with the facial toner by dispensing it onto a cotton pad and gently wiping it over your face morning and evening. do not rinse after applying the toner.
